Our machines of the RCFB series can be produced both, for use in wet and dry processes. Thus they are applicable in many fields of work, for example medical technology, automotive, electrical engineering, industrial products.
These machines can be used for processing of all different working materials, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass
and copper, even with titanium
it is possible to remove milling stripes from
and achieve a high gloss surface.
Especially for very small and filigree components we have developed the two special systems ( RCFB-20-32/RCFB-60-56) with multi partition system. Each workpiece is placed in its own compartment. Thus it can be excluded that the workpieces are damaged by colliding with each other.
Despite their high speed, our systems are extremely quiet.
The short cycle times, between 30 and 90 minutes, are achieved by the high speed centrifugal force with up to 400 rpm
and specially adapted medias and compounds.
The RCFB Series High Speed Centrifugal Machines are equipped with speed control, cycle timer, emergency stop switch, monitoring sensor and safety system as standard, which prevents the machine from opening during operation.
Additional customer-specific options can be added, such as special protective lining of the individual pots, customer-specific safety requirements, voice-controlled menu navigation, program selection with defined cycle parameters.
