We offer our polyamide blasting media for plastic parts deburring in a very wide grain spectrum, starting at 0,2 mm.

• 1,20 mm cylindrical or cubic, red or nature
• 1,50 mm cylindrical or cubic, red or nature
• 2,00 mm cylindrical or cubic, red or nature
• 3,00 mm cylindrical or cubic, red or nature

Other sizes and colours on request. 

We have succeeded in developing a filled polyamide blasting media especially for die-cast parts deburring. Due to the filling it has a high weight. This allows a greater kinetic energy to be generated and a quick deburring of your die-cast components is possible.

There are 2 different filling degrees available. Compared to standard polyamide blasting medias, the specific weight is significantly higher.

Polyamide blasting media: 1,10 g/ccm

Filling degree 1: 1,37 g/ccm

Filling degree 2: 1,57 g/ccm

The filled polyamide abrasive can be used in standard blasting cabinets with injector technology or automated compressed air blasting systems, but also in all common blasting turbine systems.

Further advantages:

• no   distortion due to heat development 
• no   damage to codings 
• the surfaces stay unchanged or receives a surface finish 
• a gentle surface compaction is possible

• 1,00 mm cubic, red or white 
• 1,50 mm cubic, red or white 
• 2,00 mm cubic, red or white 

Other sizes larger than 0,75 mm on request. 

Our polyamide blasting media for deburring of filigree parts lies in the grain range between 160µm and 360µm. Due to the fine grain, e. g. electronic components can be deburred. Our polyamide blasting media is large enough to provide good deburring performance. Of course, this fine grain also has all the quality features of the coarser blasting media, such as high elasticity and long life time. By using the fine grain, small parts can be safely deburred. 

New: Our fine polyamide blasting media is also suitable for the dedusting of 3D printed plastic parts.
