High-speed centrifugal systems for the dry process
Our RDC and RDCB High Speed Centrifugal machines series have been specially developed and designed for the dry process.
The use of these systems is particularly suitable for applications in which the workpieces must not be exposed to a wet process, such as brass instruments. Small workpieces as well as extremely large workpieces can be processed. A high quantity of workpieces can be processed in one pot or a tuba, using the tailor-made Jig.
The short cycle times, between 30 and 90 minutes, are achieved by the high speed centrifugal force
with up to 120 rpm
and specially adapted media and compounds.
This system series is also extremely quiet despite its high speed.
The result of using this system are extremely high-quality and highly polished surfaces.
By using a partition system or tailor-made Jig, damage of workpieces caused by collisions can be ruled out.
All systems of this series can be equipped with touch screen and voice-controlled menu navigation or with switch control panel.
The pots are fixed due to the design. The RDC and RDCB systems are equipped as standard with speed control, cycle time timer, emergency stop switch, monitoring sensor and safety system, which makes it impossible to open the system during operation.
Additional customer-specific options can be added, such as special protective lining of the individual pots, customer-specific safety requirements.
