We offer our round vibratory grinding machines in various sizes, starting from 30 litres up to 1500 litres capacity in series production. 

Special sizes on request. Depending on the selection of the series, our round vibratory grinding systems have a sound proof cover and a sieving system which separates the workpieces from the chips after processing. The high performance motor and high performance springs can achieve 30% higher processing efficiency compared to other systems.

 

All vibratory grinding machines are equipped with a separate control system. The motor is infinitely variable. The vibration width is also infinitely adjustable, between 2 and 7 mm. All vibratory grinding machines have a wear protection lining made of PU and a large discharge opening. An impact-resistant base of our systems ensures a secure footing and improved processing quality.

 

Our RVBJ series with a round shaped working chamber is particularly suitable for small, light or sensitive workpieces. T

 

Further options, such as the automated loading and unloading of the machines, as well as the integration of the machine into an existing production line are available on request.

 

The suitable dryers are of course also part of our product range and can be connected seamlessly to our systems.

All trough vibratory systems are equipped with a separate control unit. The motor is infinitely variable. The vibration width is also infinitely adjustable, between 2 and 5 mm, from a system capacity of 150 litres between 2 and 10 mm. All trough vibratory systems have a wear protection lining made of PU. A double-layer base of systems ensures a safe stand.

 

The trough vibratory systems can be equipped with an automatic system for compound and lubrication.
