walnut granules, corn cob granules

Our walnut shell granulate, which we use for the polishing process in High Speed Centrifugak machines, is specially crushed, sieved and pre-treated for this application. 

In order to achieve a particularly fine polishing result, we also offer very fine grains of walnut granulate. Together with the appropriate compound and a suitable technology, very high-quality, highly polished surfaces can be achieved.

Our walnut polishing granulate is not mixed with compound on delivery. This allows you to select the compound as well as the approach of the compound according to your application.

The corncob granulate can be used after the wet finishing process for drying the workpieces.

• GM 30 (200-400µm)

As an alternative to corncob granulate, walnut granulate can also be used to dry the workpieces.
