  • For which process type are the High Speed Centrifugal Units suitable?

    Our centrifugal machines can be built for application in the dry - as well as in the wet process.

  • How are the systems equipped?

    The high speed centrifugal machines have 4 pots. If required, each container can be equipped with different medias/chips as well as with different workpieces. This makes it possible to perform different cycles in one system.

  • Can workpiece damage caused by the process be ruled out?

    The number of workpieces that can be processed in a pot is determined by the pot size and the ratio between chips/medias and workpieces.

  • Which surfaces can be achieved?

    The application spectrum ranges from strong grinding, deburring, surface finishing to high-gloss polishing with a roughness value of RA 0.01 μm.

High speed centrifugal vibratory finishing machines offer an alternative to drag finishing or surffinishing machines.

Our High Speed Centrifugal Systems can be used in wet and dry process, from aggressive cutting to super finishing (up to RA 0.001micron). Thanks to the combination of many standard sizes and variety of special designs with trailor-made construction and technology, makes processsing of both, small to very large workpieces possible. Small to medium size batches as well as large batches can be processed economically in running times of 30 - 90 minutes, by its ultra high G-force, generated by special DC/CF centrifugal drive unit with run up to 400rpm.

For deburring, polishing, grinding, smoothing, for even delicate and complex workpieces, soft to hard materials, the workpieces are inserted in one of the Barrel. The Zero-tolerance in risk of part damage is done by divider-unit for small to medium size workpieces and Tailor-made Jig-fixture for large to very large workpieces. 
The process reliability is achieved by sensor-controlled monitoring of the barrel interior.

Each barrel can be equipped with different grinding and polishing media and compound. As a result, workpieces can be finished in different processing stages in one system.

Compared to classical barrel systems, the cycle time can be reduced by 20-50 times.
