Where noise reduction is a priority, we offer a specially designed blasting room.
The sound insulation cabins are made of composite panels with a robust steel inner and outer skin. They offer excellent sound and heat insulation.
Due to the modular design, the cabins can be installed in almost any size.
Due to the modular panel construction of the blasting rooms, they can be manufactured in various sizes. The cabins are designed for indoor use and are made of heavy steel plates with a structural frame.
The smooth inner surfaces make cleaning easy and the used blasting media can be easily recovered. The inside of the cabin is equipped with a wear protection lining. The doors of the blasting room are double-walled and mounted on robust hinges.
If space is limited or a temporary location is needed, the container blasting rooms offer a solution.
The cabins can be designed from standard freight containers as a cost-effective variant.
Alternatively, the blasting rooms can be produced weatherproof and in many variants, even for the processing of very large components.
This also applies to the blasting media recovery and filter unit.
Our portable filter system is based on an identical principle as the fixed version.
The transportable unit has a very robust design, the low centre of gravity ensures safe transport even in changing weather conditions.
The scraper floor is designed to automatically recover used abrasives and contaminants into a bucket elevator or R200P unit.
The scraper floor consists of pivoting wings arranged in a movable frame. The scraper modules move forwards and backwards, driven by a pneumatic cylinder. During the backward movement, the wiping off takes place via the blasting media. With the forward movement, this is then pushed into the return area. There the blasting medium is led to the cleaning unit.
Our screw recovery systems consist of heavy-duty, spiral-shaped steel profiles welded onto a tube and inserted into a special trough.
The screw conveyor can be connected to our recovery units. The system can also be connected to an existing unit.
The screws are directly driven and mounted on self-lubricating bearings. This guarantees a long service life.
The screw conveyor can recycle large quantities of blasting media.
The bottom of the blasting chamber or only a part of the blasting chamber bottom is equipped with a grate. During the blasting process, the blasting media falls through the grate into the pit below or is swept into it. Gravity transports the blasting media to the connected recirculation system. Our filter systems and recovery systems can be connected to this system.
Simple, cost-effective and efficient.
Our R200P system consists of a funnel embedded in the blasting chamber, a blasting pot and a vacuum unit. The system allows continuous use for up to three hours before refilling with new blasting media is required.
The used blasting media must be conveyed manually into the hopper. It is returned to the blasting pot by the vacuum unit. During this process the abrasive is cleaned, fine particles, dust and oversized impurities are separated.
Our bucket elevator system is connected to a blasting media recycling unit which can continuously remove large amounts of blasting media contamination.
Due to the high performance of the system, several blasting pots can be operated on one unit. The bucket elevator system can be operated with a simple return hopper, or connected to a scraper floor or auger recovery system.
The connection of all blasting pot sizes to the system is possible.
The modular design of our bucket elevator system can be supplemented by further options, for example a magnetic separator or a filter unit.
