Starting with sand as a blasting media, still known today as sandblasting, the range of available blasting medias and blasting systems has steadily expanded. Specially tailored systems and blasting medias have been developed for a wide variety of applications, developed for today’s high demands for surface quality.

From gentle paint stripping and cleaning to extreme roughening, surface finishing and shot blasting with different glossy surfaces or the gentle deburring of plastic, rubber, silicone and die-cast parts, for new areas of application such as 3D printing, in hand blasting cabinets or semi- and fully automatic blasting systems, at „normal“ temperature or cryogenically at sub-zero temperatures.
