Plastic Bonded-Grinding Media

Plastic-bonded grinding media are working very fast due to their lower weight and softer base, compared to ceramic grinding media. They reach a uniform surface finish with excellent resharpening performance. We offer grinding media with various plastic bases, bonded with high-quality abrasive media inside. They are available in various shapes, such as cone, pyramid, tri-star, and parabolic, in sizes from 3 mm to 70 mm for rough grinding to fine grinding.

Walnut and Corn Cob Shells

In addition to using our walnut and corncob granules as drying media after the wet finishing process, we particularly use our walnut granules for high-gloss polishing of surfaces in the dry finishing process.
