High Speed Centrifugal Machine 1 to 6 liter

Our two smallest High-Speed Centrifugal Systems can be manufactured for both, wet and dry processes. This makes them suitable for use in various industries, like medical industry, automotive industry, electrical engineering, jewelry and watchmaking industry, optics and acoustics. Our systems can also be used to work on high-quality workpieces for bags, ballpoint pens, and more.

Processing of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, gold, silver and copper is possible; even titanium and cobalt-chrome components can be freed of milling strips and polished to a high gloss.

These systems feature four containers, each with a capacity of 1 or 6 liters. Each container can be filled with different media and workpieces.

We’ve developed special containers for very small and delicate components that should not hit each other during process. Each component is placed in its own compartment.

Despite the high speed, our systems are extremely quiet.

The desired surface qualities are achieved with cycle times of 10 to 180 minutes and up to 400 rpm.

Our offer includes a coordinated separation system including a working table and, if necessary, a crane system and water cleaning system.

High Speed Centrifugal Machine 600x200mm

In this medium-sized machines, the four containers measure 400x250x250 mm or 600x250x250 mm by each. The machines can be used for wet or dry processes.

If your workpieces allows to swim free in container, the system is available with hexagonal containers with or without partition system. A common system type, for example, for processing artificial knees .

Another special feature, starting on this size of system are the foursquare containers. In this process, your workpieces are firmly mounted on so-called clamping device. The grinding media will accelerate around the workpieces. This process is particularly suitable for dry grinding with walnut shells for fine grinding up to high-gloss polishing and offers the possibility of processing complex components, such as revolvers.

If you would like to use both processing options, we offer a dual container system.

Cycle times from 15 to 120 minutes at up to 120 rpm are common. A crane system and a working table are part of our offering. The separation and water cleaning systems can be customized to your needs.

The 4 vessels of these High-Speed Centrifugal System have dimensions of 750x400x400mm and lis our medium-sized system. It can be used for wet or dry processes.

The product range includes hexagonal containers with or without partition system, as well as foursquare containers or our dual container system.

Do you want to process a specific number of components per cycle?

Thanks to our manufacturing of the High-Speed Centrifuge Systems in Germany, we can precisely adapt the system and the containers to your workpieces and surface requirements. For example, in one project, we combined 4 small containers into one large container and placed them in a partition system. This allows each container in a system to be loaded with different workpieces and media.

The system can be operate with cycle times from 15 minutes to 300 minutes, at a speed up to 65 rpm. Especially for containers that are precisely tailored to the workpieces, a suitable crane system, a working table, a separation system and a water cleaning system are important and part of our offering.

High Speed Centrifugal Machine 1200 x 400 mm/1200 x 650 mm

These two machines are our largest systems, which originate from the processing of brass instruments.

The containers measure 1200x400x400mm or 1200x650x650mm and are accelerated at up to 65 rpm. Components are processed in cycles between 10 and 180 minutes.

During the design of our largest system, we created the option of subdividing containers so that they can be filled with different media. This allows different components to be placed in the container on small clamping devices and undergo different cycles, for example, from rough to fine grinding.

All our Systems are equipped with touchscreens and a safety system with various security checks, which are basis for our CE conformity. Of course, we can also respond to special customers‘ wishes. Each machine can be optionally equipped with a remote maintenance module.

Our machines are used in various work areas, such as grinding and polishing bicycle components.

Disc Finishing Machines

As the name suggests, these grinding systems consist of a disc that accelerates media and components contained in the associated container. The container sits rigidly on the disc, and the drive forces the media and components into a kind of dynamic flow. This effective process enables fast processing with good removal rates. Container sizes from 6 to 60 liters are available, including automated and semi-automated versions. Various accessories, such as sieving systems and water cleaning systems are available.

Round Trough Vibratory Machine

Round Trough Vibratory Finishing Systems can be used in a very wide range of applications; they are the all-rounders among vibratory finishing systems. Whether deburring, grinding, cleaning, polishing or descaling, this system technology has been used for many years and is among the most well-known system. All common materials can be processed. We offer round troughs machines in standard sizes from 10 to 250 liters. Larger round troughs are available upon request.

Equipment with PU lining for the round troughs, control systems, dosing pumps for the process water, level monitoring, and lids, for example, are standard Equipment of the machines. Semi- or fully automatic, with sieving and water cleaning, depending on budget and application.

Long Trough Vibration Machine

The long-trough vibratory systems complement the round-trough vibratory systems and are suitable for components with a large volume or high weight. We offer three standard sizes: 30 liters, 60 liters, and 120 liters. Other sizes are available upon request. Individual processing is possible by separating the components using partition walls.

Separation System and Water Cleaning System

Your components are now finished and need to be separated from the mass finishing media and process water. Workpieces and media abrasion, as well as fragments of the mass finishing media, need to be removed from the process. We offer different sieves lines tailored to your process, including connection to process water cleaning and/or drying for your workpieces.

Water Cleaning:

Disposing of process water is a cost factor using the mass finishing process. At the same time, water is a precious commodity. It’s worth toi see process water cleaning as part of planning the purchase of a mass finishing system. We offer simple, cost-effective solutions as well as complex, high-purity variants.

Dryers: Additional accessories such as dryers complete our range of systems.
