Our blast cabinets are designed for industrial use, for frequent blasters with high demands on surface quality. Our blast cabinets are characterized by user-friendliness and safety.

Our injection blasting cabinets are equipped with a cyclone for blasting media cleaning and a filter unit. We offer these in two standard sizes: with a working chamber of ​​(W x D x H) 1105 x 800 x 800 mm or 1370 x 940 x 830 mm.

Both injector blasting cabinets are equipped with side doors with locking mechanisms, comfortable glove openings, LED lighting and a generous viewing window in quick-change frame, blasting media dosing, filter sieve and control panel on the front of the blasting cabinets.

Additional accessories such as turntables or rotating baskets, loading platforms, door openings and for example, HEPA filters complement our blasting cabinets and the working comfort.

Our pressure blasting cabinets with PLC are also equipped with a cyclone and a filter unit. The pressure blasting vessel is mounted below the cyclone, which features a quick blasting media emptying system and a maintenance unit.

The blasting cabinets, named DI 3D, Solid, Smart, Excel, and Samba, are specifically designed for processing 3D-printed components. Depending on the model, they are equipped with a rotating basket and an ionization unit, and are available as manual blast cabinets and semi- or fully automated.

All cabinets designed specifically for the 3D process and are explosion-proof according to Atex.

A tumbler belt blasting system with compressed air? It works!

Tumler belt systems are well-known in the field of wheel shot blasting systems. However, using tumbler belt blasting machines with compressed air can also be very interesting for example, with large quantities, workpieces with different sizes, or complex designs that require all-round processing, such as deburring.

By using compressed air and one or more blasting nozzles, the blasting process, blasting area, and blasting pattern can be precisely controlled. This allows good results to be achieved even with very light blasting media.

Dust Free blasting process

Our MG100, MG200 and MG500 blasting machines are designed for dry, low-dust, durable and recyclable sponge blasting media.

Applications include:

• Removal of industrial coatings, bridge renovation, blasting work on offshore platforms, decoating of rail vehicles, work on petrochemical plants, blasting work in the military sector, e.g. tank decoating

• Cleaning & repair of machines, removal of fire damages,

 Building renovation

• Removal of surface contaminants – lead, asbestos, PCBs or graffiti with appropriate permits if necessary.

• Nuclear energy decontamination using blasting processes

All devices can be equipped with nozzle sizes from 9.5 mm to 15 mm bore.

The integrated pressure regulator enables processing with a blasting pressure of 1 bar to 8 bar.

Blasting Rooms

Our customized blast room systems are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and can be selected as a portable and weather-resistant container blast room, a soundproof cabin, or a modular steel panel blast room.

The blasting rooms are individually tailored to your needs and intended use and are equipped with a filter system, a blasting media recovery system, doors with safety locks, and an emergency access door.

Optionally, we equip the blasting rooms with a slide door, wear protection in the cabin, a scraper floor, a rail system for loading and unloading, or a crane space.

As an alternative to conventional blasting machines in various sizes, our Envira Sponge System can be integrated into the blasting room.
